cronjob stock update missess lots of items

I cleared all the stock on the SQL database and the update ran 100%
Then I added new stock. The stock did not appear in the abante like I explained earlier in this post. But it shows in the SQL database. After running an update again some of the stock did not update correclty. It is certainly because it updated the on on the SQL database with another produckt code and not the one assigned when I added the stock.

I've done the 2 steps over of modifying the import_process.php file. The one in #1127 and #1128 and its works.

I've cleared the cache before I started with my fautl finding and few times during. The stock adds on the SQL database 2 times every time I do the  System -> data -> import and with the settings on my mapping I loaded. I cannot pick it up at all on the abantecart admin side just on the sql database with the database SQL database tools NOT abantecart tools.

I logged in again on both abantecart admin and the cpanel myphpadmin. I looked at one item added and cannot find it on the abante interface. It is on our stock file but I had not loaded it yet online. I cannot find it with the sku kode as i find all the loaded items and previously loaded unactive items. On the sql data i see the items. On abante I do not see the added items.
It is confusing. Why does the udpate add the stock 2 times that is not active and why can't I find it on abante and only on the sql database admin screen.

It is the product line.
I did a sql delete on where the date availale is = 000-00-00 and deleted 367 000 items today. I ran the udpate only one time and you can see the SKU table has again 2 times of each item in that was deleted (not active stock get added 2 times) it seems that acitve stock does not get added again

With all my efforts to pinpoint my problem of not all of the stock update on my update run I found the following issue.
I logged in on the C-panel and looked up the product line on the sql database. to my shock I have 1500 pages of 250 rows per page stock!!! I sorted it according to the SKU columb. There are about 80 to 100 lines of the same sku number. I delete for 3 hours and suddenly think I must do a test run on the update.
Then the SKU numbers I deleted appeared again 2 times and I ran the update only one time

Can you please use that files and settings and see on the sql database itself if the stock is getting more and more with each run like mine. On the abantecart where you add the stock it shows only once.

the task run accordingly to the email 100% but I found some stock did not update again. I went to the menu system- logs- shcedule tasks. I clicked on the task that I run with the cronjob and said restart. It updated the stock
How can this be different?

I did it on the webbrowser. In the log and then shedules. I clicked on the circle to say rerun task.

I think I am starting to get to a potential problem. Is there a way if you add stock to check the SKU number for duplicates. I found an item that was duplicated. Hopefully that was the problem. The updates seems to work correctly after deleting the duplicated item.

I was on leave. This morning i saw some items did not update. I did a rerun of the same task manualy. it update few items and then stopped. it only runs 3 minutes on task run. Again it did not update everythinh. When you do it without scheduling a task it takes about 40 minutes and it updates everything.
why a difference on schduled?

To make sure of the problem I used the same file the cronjob used. (I wanted to figure out if it is cron orientaded or file) I selected it with a manuel job and it worked better. I'm thinking now. I've read somewhere months ago some or other problem was due to RAM issues that is being allocated or setting in abantecart. With about 4300 lines/items in the comma deliminated txt file it (RAM) surely cannot be a problem?

I've done the cronjob of stock updates the past weeks without any problem (or so i thought) I've checked random items everyday. stock levels udpated.
Yestarday we decided to change our stock names to include the size. Surprise today when lots of item's names were not updated. I've checked the txt file (comma deliminated) and saw no imediate problem as ons of the items not updated was the line before one that had been updated.
I deceided to run the update again but this time manualy and not with the cronjob and all the items were updated. I ran it with doing a schedule and went to schedules and clicked on run. It takes 5 minutes like this. When I load it and have the graphic bar showing it takes about 40 minutes???
Any ideas where I must start looking to see any difference in the shecule tat I'm rerunning with a cronjob or the newly created task.
The log files is complaining about picture links from the day I started running Abantecart and I'm ignoring it. I do not see any other error imediately as ther is about 4300 items and it takes a lot of time to scroll all the lines slowly through.

I'm trying to change the file name af the product update file.

I want to do a price update 3 times a day it with a cron job from our physical shop. It is working when I rename the file of our store and replace it manualy on the abante shop files. 
I can rename the physical shop file, but are afraid as this will be automatic when I create new schedule I must get the programmer of the physical shop in again to rename the file to the new temprory abante file.

Attached the screen shot of the schedule loaded in the database.

I did a clear cache and it did not help after renaming the file to our default file name.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for all you patients with me. I've found the file. I was supposed to edit the one in the extention that I am using not the main one. Done it and the border is away. I did not know if you run from your copied template that that setting is now in the template and not main install anymore.
