Hi everyone,
I've been wanting to add a bit more definition to my face for a while — mainly my cheeks and jawline, plus a slightly weak chin — without going down the surgery route. After a lot of research, I booked in at Cavendish Clinic, and thought I'd share my experience here since this forum helped me a lot when I was deciding.
They used Juvederm dermal filler (hyaluronic acid based), which I liked because it's reversible if you're not happy with the results, and it's one of the more established brands out there. The consultation was really thorough — the doctor assessed my bone structure and facial proportions before recommending where to place the filler for the most natural-looking result.
The treatment itself covered three areas:
Cheeks – added volume and lift to the mid-face
Jawline – more contoured, sculpted definition
Chin – slight projection to balance out my profile
It took under an hour, minimal downtime (just some mild swelling for a couple of days), and the results already look really natural — not overdone at all, which was my biggest worry going in.
Cavendish Clinic is CQC registered, and their practitioners are all GMC-registered doctors, which gave me a lot more confidence than going to a random beauty salon offering fillers on the side.
Has anyone else here had similar treatment done? Would love to hear what brand of filler you went with and how long the results lasted for you!
