Problem Solved...

My apologies if this is redundant. (I am so close.)

Fresh Install on Godaddy (Plesk)

I have passed the compatibility check and entered what I believe to be the proper configuration.

I get through the majority of the Data load and then get a Internal Server Error.

I pulled this from the Error Logs:
