Unless I am mistaken - the contribute button goes to with a financial link at the bottom of the page.  This goes to:-  where a paypal amount can be donated on a sliding scale or a cheque sent (bottom of the page).

Why not just chane the contribute link to go straight to the contribution page

I agree with you on this, we should have a page that describes what the donation will be used for.

All you can doing is the contribution because of limitation
