It seems I left the debug at level #5 and the error file was over 1.75 GB. I deleted it, and my access to admin was restored. Thank you!

I am experiencing difficulty logging in to administration. I enter username=admin, and my password, but the login screen simply refreshes.

If I try to enter anything different, the message 'No match for Username and/or Password.' appears, but when I enter my correct password, there is no error message - just returns to the login page. Any suggestions?

I have not been able to export to a csv file. I get these error messages:

Thanks very much for looking into this. I tested some other store software and seemed to get the same results. I prefer AbanteCart to work with, has nice features for this ptoject.

What I meant was my android phone regularly downloads mp3s, and it seems the problem lies elsewhere. I don't have an iphone, and I don't understand the rest of your request.  The problem I am experiencing seems to happen with some, but not all phones.

For anyone who would like to help, I've created a test version of this problem using AbanteCart v1.2.14

With a mobile device visit   appalachianmusic.net/cart
There is a test customer account, follow login instructions and attempt to download the music file
This works on some phones, but not all. seems to always work on pcs fine. would appreciate hearing from anyone with results

I contacted my web host, he duplicated this problem, trying to download to his iPhone 5S was unsuccessful. He recommended reviewing the code on the website or contacting a developer to solve the problem.

tried zip, still doesn't work on mobile.   pc ok

I have tried a few other things today, none of these worked on the mobile, but were ok on pc:

tried using a smaller size mp3 file, 1.5 MB

tried downloading the latest AbanteCart 1.2.14, same results

I have AbanteCart  1.2.13,   I downloaded it less than a week ago.
I am running Windows 7 on my pc
Android v 4.4.2
My friend has an iphone, not sure of model, but has same problem.

The mp3 is 5.3MB, this is too big to send as an attachment, and this forum doesn't permit external links

If you would like to try to do the download from my store site, it is currently set for testing, so you can proceed through checkout without being charged, but you would have to register an account with email and password.

It looks like its downloading a file from   appalachianmusic.net which is my website where the store is located, but it runs a long time, without showing a progress bar, and finally stops with the message " download unsuccessful."

When I download on pc, I get the pop up asking to open or save file, and download is normal.

I do download mp3s to my android regularly, from Dropbox, so this is hard to figure out.

Yes, I have been testing only one mp3 file and it is valid. The earlier confusion about the file extension was because I was trying to alter the length of the file name and forgot to correct it, but my earlier tests were with the valid file and correct ending. I just heard about the latest upgrade, maybe I should try 1.2.14 ?

I corrected the file extension, but the same problem still exists.

Thanks for your reply.  As far as I can tell the download mask is correct. It will download fine to my pc, but not to cell phones.

I'm setting up AbanteCart as a store for mp3 downloads. All setup has gone well, and I have tested a purchase and completed a download on my pc just fine. However, when trying the download on android, or iphone, the download starts, runs a very long time, and is unsuccessful.
