I found the admin login page, but when I try to long in I get a 404 message.

I updated to Version 1.3.0 and lost all of the data in MySQL. Is there a way to retrieve the old date?

I thought I backed it up, but those folders are empty.

When I enter the admin address: www."url".com/?s=admin123 it brings me to my page and not the admin login.

I was running 1.2.16 and tried to update to 1.3.0 and that's when the trouble started.

PHP version: 7.3.27

It says English. Status is 1

While trying to update to 1.30, it ended up on my live site. Then nothing worked.
I tried to reload with the back up. The user end now seems to work, but now I cannot get into the admin side. When I go to the site I get this message:
