As a bit improving, if you can show average stars with decimal value, now its only appears in integer value, for example:
if two users reviewed a product with 2 and 5 starts, this should show 3.5 average rate in the product page, but now it shows 4 stars (4 colored and one in gray)

BTW: is there a some script can I change to make (Your Name & Your Review) fields optional /not mandatory?
I looked into /storefront/model/catalog/review.php but couldn't find anything related

Current settings allowed anyone to write a review for a product, I know that I can decline the review but I'd like to allow registered users only to rate a product

In admin on your product page -  in these fields:
Set Track Stock to NO
Quantity 1

That is usually enough.  You need to clear system cache, and perhaps Cntrl F5 your browser so you see the final results.

On occasion depending on your settings you may have - if the above didn't result in disabling the available and qty  then in Admin  go to System > settings > general  and turn OFF  the Display Stock Quantity and No Stock Auto Disable  fields.

I just seen your reply, so it's late to say: Thank you for your reply 
I tried both but unfortunately didn't work. My settings now are as below:
Product setting: Track Stock: No, Quantity: 1
Settings-System-General: Display Stock Quantity: NO, No Stock Auto Disable: NO
System cache cleared and also my browser cache.

I can around this by setting the "Minimum Quantity" to 1, but this isn't a fun way for customer.
Do you know where can I locate its script in PHP or .tbl files?
