I need to add some form fields and remove others to the checkout process.

Can anyone help me identify where these settings are and how to edit them please?

I'd like to know if this is possible?

I logged into the test site and tried setting a global attribute for a "date" field to create a date picker for a product but could not see it.

I saw somewhere in the forums that this was possible so I am obviously missing something.

Can you help?
