After it may i set a product with availability date next month available to sell now?

Maybe I was not clear. I don't want a preo-order if a product is at quantity zero, i want a pre-order for a product that can be sold only after a certain date and i want my customers able to preorder it now and pay it for a future shipping

Do to I don't have this option available may you explain me how to do it?

how set a buyable product now but with availability date next month?
For example if i would like to start selling product that will be shipped not before a certain date in the future.
I don't want to use stock 0 but showing real stock quantity.
