Good day.
I have messed up my menu and upper right menu.
I lost some of it and what is left is not working..
Can someone please help me by posting the default settings for the menu of the Admin panel?

I tried that now and it didn't work. Is it possible that It could be because I used an email address (with dots) as a username instead of just alphanumeric?
