Messages

I have a fresh install. I deleted the stock products. When I add new products, none of them show up anywhere. Even when I click view on the Edit Product page, it says product not found. I have gone through every setting, everything is set to ON. I am at a complete loss on what to do. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
