To focus on Bootstrap, update your HTML and CSS links, clear your browser cache, and edit Bootstrap files directly. Regarding the annoying notifications on the dashboard, check the settings there or in your browser to turn them off.

You might want to explore plugins or custom code for a seamless user experience. But keep in mind, it can get a bit technical, so make sure you have a backup plan just in case.

It sounds like you might have missed enabling SEO URLs in your store settings or there could be an issue with your .htaccess configuration. Make sure that 'Use SEO URLs' is set to 'On' in your AbanteCart settings and double-check the rewrite rules in your .htaccess file are correct and that mod_rewrite is enabled on your server.
