Thanks for your reply, I have written it incorrectly I can get access to my cpanel, but I cant get access to my website panel.
I have checked in my SQL and the passwords are correct I even changed them to try and get in but no joy.
so just to confirm. I can get onto my cpanel, but I cant get into my website admin control/dashboard to make changes

Hello Folks, I have not been onto my cpanel for some time, but had my password and login saved.
I am not getting into my cpane with these and when I rty to use the forgot password service, it cant even find my email, this has happened before, and is now becoming a pain, as I want to change things on my site, and cant get in to do so.
Any of you people out there who can help me,,,I would be grateful

Hello abolabo, I have went into my file manager to replace these files, do I have to replace each and every single folder in the extensions folder, one at a time or is there a quicker way to do this ?

Gordon, I appriciate your help, and im sorry to be a pain, but I cant get this to work, I have unzipped the files, and found the folder when i browse, but then i need to open every file individually as there is not a single one for doing the upload.
is it something im doing wrong ?

I have 3 text files a GITIGNORE file and public html file folder, it is this one when i click on it it just opens folder after folder, the GITIGNORE file is unrecognised

Thanks, I did find this link on the web earlier, and I have downloaded the one you have sent, I  am having a problem uploading this, what do I click on to update abante, I have unzipped the file, do I now have to go to my ftp, and replace all the files ?

Hello Gordon, is that the update for abantecart, as I cant update that either, its asking for ftp stuff,,,,,,,, I will need to work that out. Its paypal im having issue with, I did find an AbanteCart page on the net for an upgrade of paypal, but I cant get it to upload unrecognised file.....im pulling my hair out......

Can anyone assist me in correcting the following message

The link you have used to enter the PayPal system contains an incorrectly formatted item amount.

I have contacted Paypal, and await an answer. It seems to be  a common fault to do with currency. Has anyone had this problem and if so, did you sort it yourself.
I am a NOVICE I dont have any experience building sites and codes etc, so any information would be great, so I can try and sort it myself.

When I go to forgot password all the email addresses I use and names are unknown.
