Hopefully I can explain my problem
I have several layers of nested categories.  When trying to add them (and Products) it's creating a huge mess scrolling through literally hundreds of categories.  IS there way to select them in a more logical manner? 
Im having to scroll pages and pages of categories each time I want to add a product or category.
My industry is similar to the automotive parts where there is a lot of subcategories to get to the product.
example:

brand
-model a
-model b
-model c
-model d

then under each model:
-model a
---group 1
---group 2
---group 3
---group 4

Then each group would contain the products.  From the shoppers side it works great, but admin side is a nightmare.
Im coming from zen cart and it wasnt so bad there.

I used zencart before and if the shipment exceeded UPS maximums, it could split into multiple shipments even for a single item.  IS this possible in AbanteCart?

Tax only needs to apply to 1 state in my case.  However I need to have products stock locations for 4 different warehouses.
It appears the 2 are the same on Abantecart.
Am I misunderstanding how it works?

I am using multiple locations for my products.  Is there a CSV download that will have this attached to the product?  The export doesn't seem to have it.
