Currency converter not working in some situations
« on: May 08, 2015, 06:24:04 PM »
I tested my currency converter and it works well in ALL currencies when I'm in the English section of the website.

If I switch to German or Greek, the currency converter won't work when I select the Russian Ruble or the Mexican Peso. It does work for all other currencies.

I also tested other languages and have found no related problem so far.

Here are some URLs for testing purposes:

English: https://assistech.com/store/

German w/ Ruble selection: https://de.assistech.com/store/?currency=RUB

Greek w/ Mexican Peso: https://el.assistech.com/store/?currency=MXN

Any help that might lead to a solution is greatly appreciated.

Hi Ollie,

I expect you have,  but just in case -  since these are "multi-stores"  did you check each of the stores currencies setups to be sure that the non-working ones haven't had their parameters changed somehow.

when playing around you are correct the others work,  and if you are on the main site,  all those currencies work - so it seem to me to point to a missing parameter in the settings of those shops.

Hi Lee. Actually, I only have one store from which translation is executed by a third party company. They host the translation portion of the website. To the best of my knowledge, there's only one place where currency is set in Admin. I already checked the settings and I don't see anything wrong with them. In fact, all the currencies work perfectly when English is the language of choice. The problem is with Greek and German only.
