Associate customers to categories

Hello to all

In abantecart can we associate customers to categories or products?? or is there an extension that do that?

For example:

I have 2 types of customers "A" and "B"
Customers "A" should see specific products and customers "B" can see specific products that are different from
customers "A"

At the same time the menu should hide some products and categories according to the customer that is logged in

Again, is this possible?? or is there an extension that can do this for me?
