Multiple orders fixed but accounts still messed up

We are not getting multiple orders anymore but now some times downloads are not showing up in the account and when a customer clicks to the next page of downloads it goes to the accounts main page. I need to fix this ASAP!

hm..i do not see text "next page" there.
maybe a button "continue" confuses you

Yes, the continue button. Is it limited to just the one page of downloads? I would like for my customers to be able to access downloads as long as they like.

Sewkitty, when you set up the downloads, on the set-up page you can specify the number of times it can be downloaded and the length of time it's available i.e. 99 times 365 days, etc.

You don't need multiple pages for that, the total downloads available to them will always increase in their members area.

I don't have them set to anything. So that should mean they do not expire right? My page of downloads is cut off. I have my own account set up & it only shows not even half of what it should. :-(

Yes, that is your problem for sure. You'll have to edit each download and set those fields. Sorry you missed that when you set them up.
