language error

Hi,
Can someone tell me what is this related to?
I have added a new language and translated everything and i dont understand why this error. it must be i am doing something wrong

Did you set your language (hr) as default? Is this language enabled?

So noone can tell me what is this message related to? maybe it is a fake error message because my site works fine but i get this message in my logs a few times everyday

Hello. This is minor warning related to last time the cache file content was modified. Please try to clear AbanteCart cache in admin-system-cache
