Product Page Click Media Tab - Forbidden access /store/index.php

Hi,

Just recently when I select a product and go to the product editor page and then select the media tab, abantecart throws a Forbidden error about 4 times and I am unable to work with media for the product. (screenshot below).

No media shows for the product.

I am using version 1.2.0

Any idea's on hoe to resolve this issue?

Check permissions on /resources directory and sub directories.
Make sure permission allow your web server to read a write. You can set to 777

Hmm still no joy, I changed the permissions on the resources directory to '777' the sub dirtectories within the resources directory are all set with permissions '777'. But the problem persists.

Is weird it throws error four times. When I check the server logs... this is all that shows for the four errors.

I wondering whether this issue is caused by a permissions problem on the MySQL database. When navigate to Settings > All Settings in the Admin pages backend on clicking 'All Settings' I get another Forbidden error (see screenshot).

I am using version 1.2.5 and I am having the same problem. I went to my cpanel  and looked at /home/xxxxxxxx/public_html/index.php, then I set the resources folder to have 777  but now I'm getting an internal server error. What did I do wrong? And how can I fix everything?

I don't know if this is related, but you may also check with your hosting provider to see if they have turned on mod_security on your site.  I ran into something similar to this (at least the pink errors ) due to this change and it broke everything all of a sudden for me...

In short, I've noticed with Abantecart, if only you get a new problem, it's probably local to just your environment or the hosting provider messing with their settings...and breaking your stuff (!, yeah, it's frustrating as heck)
