Custom forms

im new to abantecart but is it possible to make a custom form like the one pictured here in this post?

Product options is native function of AbanteCart. You can view our demo http://www.abantecart.com/shopping-cart-demo to test it.
Just login into admin side and open any product, tab options. You can create your own options set and check how it look on storefront.

thank you for your comment but under the products i cant find where i would put the drop down menus like in the pics ;D
