How to Customise the Order Confirmation e-mail

Where can I customise the confirmation e-mail that is sent whenever someone buys a product?
More specifically I want to translate manually some text because it is displayed wrong in my native language.
I have marked with red the text that is translated wrong.
Also another issue is that the date is written like this: 2727/0505/201520152015 instead of 27/05/2015

OK i fixed the date format. But still can't find the rest of the text. i searched also in the language definitions.

"Thank your for interest in "" products. Your order has been received and will be processed once payment has been confirmed."

Ahh, thanks. I was putting wrong text in key search that's why I couldn't find the one I was looking for.
