Move the Items button

I am using the default template and wondering how/if it is possible to move the Items button to the right hand side. (The button belwo the logo). Found the way to chance it thank you eddit the css file headerdetails .block_7. Sadly this has left me with the issue of the drop down being cut of at the side of the screen .
