How do I see Customer Registration IP for fraud check

As it says in the title. I want to be able to see the client IP for security reasons to prevent bots and dispute issues. I can not see it, or find where to check.

You can see online customers IP in the Admin > Reports > Customers > Online and after order is placed the customer IP visible in Admin > Sales > Order details page

Also, Is it possible to remove fields from registration?
All I need is firstname, lastname, e-mail, password.. since i do not ship items.
