Add to Cart button not working after clear cache

Hi guys,
need help on this issue. suddenly most of the links in my site was redirected to home page with url link to #. Specially the add to cart button. Related products, description, reviews tabs also redirects to the homepage.

upon looking at the console log., this is what it gives me "Uncaught ReferenceError: $ is not defined  at (index):33"

Any help will be much appreciated. THanks in advance.

Hello.
Some of your scripts is fail. This error shown if jQuery isn't yet defined  (not loaded). Do you change some core files or add own scripts?
