Wording of Newsletter Signup

It reads "Sign up to Our Newsletter & get attractive
             Offers by subscribing to our newsletters."
which grates with me.
I have scoured to find how to change it with no result. It seems to be buried in the default template.
Can any please advise on how to access the code to change it?

You can change this in language definitions search for the key text_signup
