Problem with PayPal Standard Extension

Hi guys

I just installed AbanteCart V1.1.6 via Softaculous, but when I try to set up PayPal Standard, it doesn't have the drop down populated - all drop downs are blank.
Even the Country only contains USA.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I tried re-uploading the PayPal plugin files but still the same. I don't want to wipe the DB and start again as I have lots of products etc.
