AbanteCart v1.2.13 is now officially release

Let me explain the root of this issue:

Then we sent a request to PayPal, and response does not tell us that transaction is finished within 5-10 seconds, we will show the message and let customer continue. We mark this order for manual verification.

There is a delay setting in the code that can be increased

Additionally in upcoming 1.2.13 there will be slight improvement.

Bottom line, I would not rely on PayPal Standard approach.

For those who have a similar issue, try removing certain extensions and check if they are the issue.
The issue was caused by an extension I had and has now been resolved as the developer's made a fix for it.

Simplest way to do this is to create an HTML block or reuse any existing.
Open  HTML block for edit and copy paste Pixel code to the HTML editor. DO NOT use visual editor. It will mess up your script code.
Save and you are done.

As far as I remember upgrade memo goes to notification and not messages.
Unfortunately, there is no way to mute notifications.

What table are you looking in the database?
There are about 80 to 100 lines of the same sku number.
This is not clear to me as product table is unique based on proiduct_id.

Are you updating or creating new records?

Check write permission on .../system/logs directory and error.txt file in it.
