Fresh install.

Theme, any. All break
Errorlog=none, no errors
Site builder with any change these 2 pages break. Even a color change or anything as soon as i hit piblish this happens. When revert to non publish. Works fine.
Default product page
Add to cart button breaks on the main item page when viewing an item page.
Customer account pages
Create account, forgot password, etc all blank.
Basically anything that pulls into a page. index.php is fine. Index.php?rt=account/forgotten/password
Is Broken
Any help to point me in right direction?
Somthing has to be breaking on publish but not sure where to look with no errors.
