Hi,

I can't seem to get reCAPTCHA V3 feature to work.

1. Under Admin - "General I have V3 enabled. See screen shots
2. I created fresh "Site" and "Secret" keys by deleting the old account and creating a new one. (See screen shots of Google.

The contact us form link is



Do I have enbale or disable some other feature for reCAPTCHA V3 to work?

Hello.

Please try to include the aromecity.com in the recaptcha domain configuration. The most common reason reCAPTCHA doesn't work is that Google finds your IP address suspicious.

Hi,

1. tried your suggestion and added aromecity.com still same issue.

2. Called GoDaddy and and we have verified that server IP is not blocked or suspicious by any one.

I checked the error log file at the root of folder. Its showing an error message at line 37 of




What does this error means?

Checked file DayyanRandomCharacterClass.php it looks like variable is looking for a null charcter. Not sure at line 37.

Please note: reCPATCHA v2 works fine.

This class is not related to captcha. AbanteCart code don't have it.  Even more, assets directory does not exists in our project.
You should to ask goDaddy about it.

Hello. As answered above AbanteCart does not have /assets/captcha/include/DayyanRandomCharactersClass.php file so the problem is not in it. You should check the error log in the AbanteCart admin. Try to create a new Recaptcha v3 on the google side with the default settings.

I realized that after I posted the error above.

there is no error in error log.

I have tried 5 times creating new reCAPTACHA same issue.

How to trouble shoot this problem? do I have to enable debug mode?

Now I am getting all kinds of error messages in error log, nothing to do with contact us form.

Any idea what these are?

You seem to have debug mode On in your system settings.

ok thanks. Yes I accidently turned it on.

regardless, I can not get V3 CAPTCHA to work. I gave up and switched back to V2.

Is there anyone in this community that can properly guide how to make V3 CPATCHA to work?

The support for this software is really bad.
