i see this in the release note: Supplier Management: New core support for managing product suppliers.

My question how to add product suppliers or is this a support for third party suppliers extension?

The release note suggests this is built-in supplier management rather than only support for a third-party extension. Check the admin product or supplier settings first; if the option is missing, confirm the installed version, user permissions, and whether the latest database upgrade completed successfully.
