Download Order Status: how do i make so people can download a file from ( on product page eg product info pdf file in zip file)

i know how too add the download

but under "Download Order Status:" i have used all of them from canceled to shipped still does not work

can you help. or tell you you can or can not do this thanks

Downloads will be available only after customer purchase product and order status will be changed  to "Download Order Status:" setting.
