Menu support for multi-store installations

I have a multi-store setup, with different templates for each store. However, it seems I can only create a single MENU for the entire system. But the links for one store should not be on the other. How do I add a menu that is unique for each store?

It is causing customers to see error message when they click a link on second store for a page that belongs to the first store.

For example, visit https://dedicatededucation.com/ and click the LINE CARD link in the menu. You get an error message, because that link is meant for my other store https://dedicatedpresentation.com/

Thanks for bringing this up. We are aware of the issue with menus in multi-store setups and will try to improve this in the next version.
