migration from zen cart problem

I am trying to migrate from zen cart  v1.3.9d and it connects ok to the database but I get this error:
Warning: Chosen source cart is empty!

So what am I doing wrong?

Strange. Do you see any error in the log right after you try this? System -> Logs -> error log

Hi, no error log is empty.

I get this message:

Warning: Chosen source cart is empty!


Cart Migration - Step 2
Select data to migrate       Products (0)
Categories (0)
Manufacturers (0)
    Customers (0)
Erase existing data?

do you have table name prefix in zencart database?

...and you filled it into migration settings form? i mean field "Database Prefix:"
