How to edit responsive drop-down menu

Hi! My previous questions were left unanswered so I hope third time's a charm. :p

1) How do I change the word 'Go to...' on the drop-down menu?

2) I have an extra 'index.php' on the links of 'Specials', 'Login', 'Account' etc when my site is on mobile. eg. ....my domain/index.php/index.php?rt=account/login

It works fine on the computer. I must've have changed something without realizing as the demo site seems ok when it's on mobile. Really don't want to re-install and start over!

for problem #2 check your settings in design -> menu
You should have only controller there like product/special or full URL with http...

The 'Go to..' text cannot be found. I scoured thru the files at public_html but to no avail. However I'm willing to let it go as #2 works! Inserted a full url on one of the links.
