Couple language file not change

Hello, why couple language file not change UTF-8?

It would be a few xml file that is not converted to UTF-8 format why?

Common:
ant.xml

desing:
layout.xml
template.xml

Report:
viewed.xml

translation from English to Finnish and my language is Ää, Öö, Åå and need to file format windows and file encoding UTF-8 but couple file not encoding UTF-8.

Common folder:
file: ant.xml

desing folder:

file: layout.xml
file: template.xml

Report folder:

file: viewed.xml

and all this is admin/language folder

and no error but when i encoding UTF-8 and save and then open again that is not change, is still ansi not UTF-8

Hello. I am not sure but if You need to change only file encoding use Notepad++ It is free and easy to use
Open your file then select in the top bar->Encoding
After you change it try to type your text

I have tried to change it with notepad + + + not work still
and now I tried it the other phpDesinger still can not chage, all other files have not had problems with just these files does not change when the UTF-8

Do you delete entries from database 'language_descriptions' and clear cache after changes?

I mean when that couple file not Encoding UTF-8 my computer when i translate and try to change format windows and encoding UTF-8 and when i save and open again that file there is windows/ANSI not UTF-8.

And Abantecart not delete any language_descriptions do i need to do that then?
i check that language_descriptions but not find that phpmyadmin i find only this language_definitions

Every time you edit the languages in XML, they will not be reflected in the system, unless you access given page first time.
XML files are loaded only first time.

To see changes after XML update you need to delete language_definitions for this section and clear the cache

and what is that tranfer is that Auto or Binary? i mean FTP tranfer

xml documents are normally only loaded once. Clear your cache and try it again. Not sure this will do the trick, but it worked for me.

Imean when i translate my computer that and try to change UTF-8 not site i am not send that yet ftp only when i try change that phpDesinger.
