I need a comment box on my tutorial page

It's not totally clear to me what you want. Do you want to add livechat or a comment box?

OK, firstly, in the link you gave above, that link is a category page. If you would create a product page for that category and put your tutorial on that product page, you would have a review section automatically on the product page that can be used to leave comments. It even has a star rating system.
