Image Folders

Hello Guys

I have 1 main question regarding product images and there folders.

1, Is it possible to delete images from folders (public_html/image/thumbnails/18)  (public_html/resources/image/18) without it causing any problem to the site as i think these folders relate to the product images?

I have since deleted all my products i have upload that where test items but it seems the script has saved these product images in these folders.

Generally, you should not delete any images related to resource library manually.  You can delete content of thumbnails directory. thumbnails will be regenerated if they needed again.
