Banner Slideshow not working in German and Spanish

I have the banner slideshow working in english but it does not show up in german and english.
The status is set to ON in all 3 languages but the banner slideshow only shows up in english.
Where do I activate this so that the slideshow banner shows in all 3 languages ?
I noticed that also the bottom banners only show up in English but not in the other languages.

Hello.
Go to Admin-System-Localization-Languages
Click to edit german language at the bottom of page select
Source Language:  English
Text translation method: Copy
Click LOAD button.

After complete all missed data in german will be copied from english source.
We recommend to backup before load missing data

Thank you for your reply and I am now making a backup before doing
the recommended action.

On the forums I read that it is possible to make a partial or full backup
but when I go to system => Data => Backup/Restore
I don´t see any option to chose partial or full ?
Also I can find the backup on my server, only in the shopadmin.
Do you know the backup location on the server ?
(doing a .tar.gz search now with my ftp program)

If you backup in AbanteCart admin all backup files will be in the Admin-System-Logs-install/Upgrade History. In other case 'backup using hosting cpanel' ask You hosting provider.

Ok just opened a backup file and noticed only:
the folder resources
dump.sql

Is that enough to restore a shop ?

I will setup a local wamp server, install AbanteCart and do a restore.
I will report back later on.

I will install AbanteCart Latest version 1.1.9 and do a restore
from my abantercart 1.1.8 and see what happens, interesting.

If you select all tables it is full.
