Hi. I wanted to suggest including download links in the email sent to the customer after ordering. I was actually surprised there wasn't a way to configure this already.

This is good suggestion. But this depends on many conditions. It will not be easy to make generic.
Conditions are related to order type, order status, product type and type of download.

We can consider this in the future updates.
