Multi-store . Sell - Commission percentage or fixed fee?

Reading the docs I cannot see an answer regarding the multi-store section.

Can the Main store owner set a commission / fee level multi-store owners pay?

Say, a percentage per sale, or have a fixed fee per sale. Can the Main Store owners bill the multi-store owners daily / weekly / monthly for sales along with the option of taking the commission at point of checkout?

Can main store owners set monthly recurring charge for a multi-store rather than a commission based listing along with a product limit? Can you limit the amount
of products a multi-store has?

What i'm looking for is how the main store owner charges the multi-store owners for selling their goods..

Say If we charge 10% per item sold, can this be taken at point of payment via paypal, or can the system be set so, say if
a multi-seller over a 30 day period has £100 commission on sales to pay we can produce an invoice for them to pay against?
