No luck in getting a reply posting in the support section so maybe someone here can help

Related to Paypal's Instant Payment Notification (IPN) settings

Where in the admin menu can the IPN settings be done or the URL path for a IPN PHP ? file
so that can be married to Payal's IPN function ?
