My new page with grid not working in admin panel

      I have created a new page with listing grid.The grid was formed,but the data from the database is not loaded over it.
      I built the form in the same format as other listing grid are formed ,,,,

Does your response controller for grid works on its own? If you call it directly

     This is the error i am getting in the message box while executing extension with listing grid .   
          Error: cannot to load config.xml of extension . in /home/aurot6ld/public_html/reefanext/core/helper/utils.php on line 516
