Flat rate and Free Shipping

Hi,
I have recently started using AbanteCart cart for my domain. For this i want to set the shipping in this way

1- For purchasing products of 70kr (Swedish Krona)  or more we are offering "Free Shipping"
2- For purchasing products less than 70 kr we are offering flat rate of 15kr.
but i am unable to set it.

I have set the limit of 70kr as well in Free Shipping and 15kr in flat rate shipping. but no results.

The issues i am facing are:
1- If i select both options in Product settings, i see Free Shipping activated only.
2- if i turn off Free Shipping then i see flat rate but it doesn't stops at 70kr purchasing.

Please guide me about this.

did you setup the limit for free shipping ?

if i understand correctly you mean that, upto 70kr you will send the items per free shipping
if so you need to setup default_free_shipping this way
go to extension/shipping/default_free_shipping menu input in total "$$" what ever you want
