Banner Image Full Width

Hi,

On our website we really need the homepage banner slideshow images to be full width, however I cannot change the size of them and they have a coloured 'wrapping' around them.

If anyone can anyone advise on how to have this changed so the slideshow images are full width across the screen that would be great?
