My business is located in Wisconsin, which charges up to 3 levels of sales tax, based on the zip + 4 zip code of the delivery address.  Is there any way to do this in AC?  All I could find was country and state zones.

You may want to check with your state. I am in Illinois and we have many different tax rates, however, according to the state,When selling online, I only need to charge the tax rate of my business's physical location. In other words, I only need "Illinois" and my particular tax rate to set this up.
