Shipping modules

Hi

I would like to know can I use these 2 extension modules Weight Based Shipping and Price Based Shipping (already purchased it) at the same time that is turn on both of them.
The Weight Based Shipping module is used for non local.
The Price Based Shipping module is used for local ones.

Please advise.

You should to create two locations in admin menu->system->locations with their zones for your own 'local' and "non-local" areas.
Then go into  extension additional settings and set (or disable) rates for your new "locations"

You're going to have to get into the localization under system>settings>localiztion and set that all up for local and non-local zones, then set your products to include those zones, which will enable the different shipping methods.
