Cant create new store.

Just i am new to abanatacart.

recently just i came to new issue like , i cant create new store.

when i click on "Create new store", page redirects to store front page.

please help me.

and can anyone suggest me plugging for shipping? i need this based on weight and state.

What version do you use? For shipping try Weight Based Shipping based on location.
