Can't change Return Policy info

Hello I got this problem that i can't find where to change the Return Policy text. I'm talking about the clickable button in the end when you make a order.



If I go to Design->Content and from there add Return Policy, it just appears like a new button on the front page, nothing more. Please help. Thank you.

If you want to add new Policy go to Admin-System-Settings-Checkout and look for Checkout Terms setting

Yes its a menu to chose what the client needs to accept. But my question is how to edit the text inside the Return Policy "some description, some text about return policy"?
