Unable edit or create design blocks

Hi, I have a problem when I wish edit or create blocks, example; edit social icons, about us, testimonialss, text in banner.
When I push button "save"  this wait 2 seconds and then it throw me to my website and the changes not saved.


I tried do this post but my issue still continue

Do you have any related errors in the AbanteCart error log?

Also you can install Firebug addon for firefox and check for javascript errors too

I have reviewed error log but this is fine, not there are errors.

I have installed Firebug, but I don´t know use it. What I should do?

there are few possible issue reasons:
1. Some core files changed or missed (sometimes Cpanel file-managers or FTP software save files partly or in incorrect format) - solution: try to restore original files your can get it here https://github.com/abantecart/abantecart-src or reinstall with Softabulous in case you have it in Cpanel
2. Your have wrong permissions to file/folders please compare with this list http://www.abantecart.com/ecommerce-documentation/installation#Installation
3. One more possible thing is server/hosting misconfuguration - ask your hosting provider to help you

So quick way is reinstall AbanteCart

Hi, I have done everything you told me but the problem persists, I told to my hosting provider but still not reply.

I have installed manually abantecart in other ftp account but is same, however I noticed that does not meet  the requirements "output buffering". Can this be the cause of the problem?
