Handling Fee

I'm using the handling fee under Order Totals extension to add the Paypal extra service charge, can anybody kindly advise or give suggestion why its not appearing when on checkout? I've tried all ways but i cannot make it appear in the total amount.

Try to change your order sub-total, I think it work as max value
additionally there is third-party similar extension http://marketplace.abantecart.com/fee_payment?keyword=fee
